Preferences Editor causes track list to be refreshed incorrectly

Description

To reproduce: 1) Submit tracks to last.fm 2) Go to preferences editor. Click Ok.

The track list should only be refreshed when the iTunes db location is changed. Currently it is always refreshed, which causes incorrect behavior.
