Last PlayCounts entry is not parsed

Description

Last entry of Play Counts file is not parsed. As of code of PlayCountsParser?, line 157, loop condition is incorrect. If numentries value is 112, then it will parse only 111 records instead of correct 112. This could lead user to miss one scrobble. You may refer to my iTunes_Control folder.
