Not all submissions pass the spam protection (r80)

Description

Hi, first thanks for r80 which already solves a lot of blocked submissions. But unfortunately not all...

I discovered that if lastpod shows two songs which are played at the same time (or with one second difference), the second will be blocked. I attached a screenshots where you can see the blocked songs which are marked with a red dot.

I hope this helps to fix that bug.

I cannot figure out why this is occurring.

@christilden: It's because last.fm won't accept the song if it has been played at the same time like another one. You cann see that in my screen. Each time two songs have the same playtime the second song gets blocked.

Happens almost everytime here when I listen to a song more than once...

Probably you have to change the way lastpod 'interpolates'/'simulates' multiple plays...
