Not saving history after timeout

Description

I think lastpod isn't saving submissions to its history file when the submission has timed out. Some of the chunks are getting through, but then later ones are timing out. The ones that made it through should be saved to the history file to avoid resubmission.

For what it's worth, the ones that made it through got unchecked during submission. But when I closed lastpod and opened it back up, they weren't unchecked any longer.

Something else I noticed, the chunk that timed out is getting unchecked too. That one probably shouldn't be unchecked or saved to the history file.

Reworking the way histories are written to correct this problem.
